My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were prepared for single use, and when I requested more towels and linen, the reception was quick to assist. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed and a nice, large balcony attached. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our entire stay. The location was convenient, with the train and bus station just across the road, allowing easy access to explore the city of Parma on foot. The dining options were within walking distance, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money.
